30CrNiMo8, 1.6580, 16430 structural steel with medium hardenability primarily intended for forming. Suitable for heavily loaded components with larger cross-sections, intended for integration into large-scale industrial assemblies. It is characterized by high elasticity and strength, with values exceeding 1560 N/mm². After annealing, it reaches a maximum hardness of 248 HRB. The material 30CrNiMo8, 1.6580, 16430 is highly resistant to variable loads and impacts. It is used in the automotive industry and general engineering for the production of heavily loaded components. In the energy and heating industries, it is often used for the production of components exposed to high temperatures. Examples include shafts, drive axles, engine crankshafts, etc. Other applications include bolts, gears, connecting rods, and others.
