In December 2024, we received on stock peeled, polished round bars in steel grades 1.3952, 1.4910, 1.4429 in a single melt.
Peeled, polished round bars in diameters of 16, 25, 32, 40 and 45 mm, tolerance h11 are made by a European producer.
The material meets the following requirements: AD 2000 W0, AD2000 W2, ASTM A276/A27M-24, ASTM A479/A479M-23a, EN 10088-3: 2014, EN 10269: 2013, EN 10272:2016, EN 10302: 2008, SEW 390:1991-11, WL 1.3952-3: 2003-09.
Production length bars L = 3000-4000 mm, round EN 10278 (h11), LN 668 Tol.: +0-0,16 mm.
Hardness of materiál HB min 154, max 158.
Tensile test SIST EN ISO 6893-1:2020 B30.
Rm = 645 MPa, Rp = 300 MPa.
Ultrasonic inspection UT: US Standard= EN 10308; US Class= cl. 3; US Test – TYpe 1a; US control= OK.
Corrosion test ASTM A262 method E: Corrosine resistance= Corrosion resistant.
Corrosion test EN ISO 3651-2 method A: Corrosine resistance= Corrosion resistant.
Magnetic permeability: Relative magnetic permeability (%)=1,000; Relative magnetic permeability – unit= G/Oe.
Antimix; Anti-mix control by specrtotest: Anti-mix control = OK.
Cirkograf; Eddy current control (surface crack): Eddy current test = OK.
Note: the materiál is free from radioctivity (max. 0,1 Bq/g).
Ratio of reduction Verformungsgrad: 91,8x.
Heat treatment: Solution annealing: / 1060 °C / 2,25 h / air.
Inspection: Measured value is below Co-60<0,10 Bq/g (according to specification IAEA RS-G1.7, Table 2).
